• The caffeine pills are supplied by Horbaach, and we do not alter, repackage, or modify the pills in any way.

• The 3D printed pillboxes are custom-designed and manufactured by us. While they are made for safe and convenient storage, they are not medical devices.

b. Third-Party Supplier (Horbaach)

• InstantWake is not responsible for the manufacturing process, ingredient sourcing, or safety of Horbaach caffeine pills.

• Any concerns regarding the quality, side effects, or composition of the pills should be directed to Horbaach.

• We do not provide warranties, guarantees, or medical advice regarding the caffeine pills beyond the information provided by the manufacturer.

3. Orders and Payment

a. Ordering Process

• By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal permission to purchase caffeine supplements in your jurisdiction.

• Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or policy violations are suspected.

b. Pricing and Payments

• All prices listed on our website are in the specified currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

c. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• For lost shipments, we will assist in tracking the package, but once it has left our warehouse, responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Unopened pill packages may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain sealed and in their original condition.

b. 3D-Printed Pillboxes

• If the pillbox arrives damaged or defective, we will replace or refund the item upon review of the issue.

• Due to the custom nature of our 3D-printed pillboxes, minor imperfections may occur and are not considered defects.

c. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
